The Band

Lead Vocals & Rhythm Guitar: Rory
Rory is known for his powerful and versatile voice that captivates audiences. With a raw, emotive delivery and an impressive vocal range, Rory brings depth and energy to the band's sound, effortlessly blending grit with melody.
Rory's journey as a vocalist began in his early years, starting in the mid 90's and sharing the stage with bands such as Pure, Placebo4 (Fiest), Salvador Dream, and many other iconic Calgary bands. Over time, he has honed his vocal technique and stage presence with Diamond Road, infusing each song with authenticity and intensity.
Beyond his vocal talents, Rory is a charismatic and driven performer. With Diamond Road, Rory continues to make an impact on the Calgary music scene, leaving an indelible mark on rock fans with his exceptional vocal ability and stage presence.

Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals: Daz
Daz is a versatile, expressive guitarist with a strong footprint in Calgary’s music scene. A self-proclaimed 'tone junky', he thrives on reinventing classic riffs and blistering solos, while connecting with the audience.
Daz's musical journey began with The Abstract Poetics, an original acoustic rock group, before evolving into the high-energy rock band Erin Frances & The Socialites. During this time, he shared the stage at major events like the Wapiti Music Festival, performing alongside renowned acts such as Said the Whale and The Matinee.
Known for his electric stage presence, Daz brings both intensity and heartfelt emotion to every performance, earning him a loyal following and cementing his reputation as a powerhouse in the Calgary music scene.

Bass & Backing Vocals: D2
Holding down the low end for 20+ years, this bass-slinging menace has been rattling walls since flannel was still a lifestyle. Influenced by the heavy hitters of hard rock and metal, his playing lives in the pocket where groove meets grit and volume is non-negotiable.
Rooted in ’90s rock and heavy alternative, he believes bass should be felt as much as heard—thick, driving, and unapologetic. When he’s not locked in with the drums, he steps up on backing vocals with raw confidence.
Think worn-in amps, distorted edges, and attitude over perfection: all low-end weight, vocal bite, and no frills—just rock.

Drums & Backing Vocals: Trent
Trent is the driving force behind the drums for Diamond Road, Calgary's premier rock cover band. Known for his killer beats and electrifying energy, Trent lays down the rhythmic foundation that keeps audiences on their feet. With a style that blends raw talent and power, he brings life to the band’s diverse repertoire of rock anthems.
A lifelong drummer with a deep passion for music, Trent is the heartbeat of Diamond Road, inspiring both bandmates and fans alike.
